When the storm clouds gathered, Grandmama knew exactly what to do. The television went off. The lights went out. The phones were put away. The running stopped. The house became still.
At the time, we thought she was teaching us to fear the storm. But as we grew older, we realized she was teaching us something deeper — how to be still, how to listen, and how to trust that God was moving even when we could not see it.
Homecoming is a journey through memory, legacy, and the sacred moments that shape who we become. Through movement, music, and storytelling, this work honors the wisdom of our elders, the homes that held us, and the faith that carried generations forward.
A celebration of family, resilience, and the spiritual inheritance that continues to live within us.
When the lights go out, what remains?
When the storm comes, what have we learned to hold onto?
Homecoming invites audiences to return to memory, to faith, to family, and to the parts of ourselves that have always been there.

Shiloh is an exploration of prayer, power, and the sacred strength found in surrender.
This work begins with a testimony — the realization that survival leaves a mark, but it does not have to define us. There are battles we have fought, storms we have endured, and moments we have survived that others may never see. Yet somehow, through prayer, we are still here.
In a world where protection is often measured by what we possess — weapons, security, and systems built on fear — Shiloh asks a different question:
What if prayer is our weapon?
Through movement, music, and storytelling, Shiloh explores the deep power of prayer as it has been carried through generations — not as a performance, not as a political statement, and not as empty words, but as a lifeline.
Prayer is where we bring our grief.
Prayer is where we find our courage.
Prayer is where we remember who we are.
This work honors the prayers whispered in bedrooms, shouted in sanctuaries, cried through hardship, and spoken over generations. It recognizes prayer as an act of survival, resistance, healing, and transformation.
This is not the prayer used for appearance.
This is not the prayer used for power.
This is the prayer that changes the person praying.
The kind of prayer that makes you rise differently.
The kind of prayer that makes you say:
“I have been through what I have been through, and I am still standing.”
Inspired by the music of SAULT, Shiloh explores how praise, love, rising, and surrender become acts of strength. It reminds us that survival is not only found in fighting back sometimes it is found in believing, loving, forgiving, and continuing forward.
Because prayer changes things.
Prayer changes us.
Prayer holds us together.
Shiloh is a reminder that the greatest power is not always found in what we hold in our hands, but in what we carry within our spirit.
A prayer in motion.
A testimony through movement.
A place where the spirit finds strength.

Cathedral is a celebration of the legacy, sound, and spiritual architecture of the Black church.
Before there were grand sanctuaries, there were songs. Before there were cathedrals built with stone, there were cathedrals built through sound, testimony, struggle, and community.
This work confronts the ways Black sacred music has been overlooked, dismissed, or separated from the very communities that created it. As worship culture has shifted, many of the sounds, traditions, and expressions born from the Black church have been reshaped, repackaged, or labeled as something other than sacred.
Cathedral asks:
Why are the sounds born from faith traditions often questioned, while other expressions of worship are centered?
Why are the musical languages that carried generations through oppression, hope, and liberation sometimes treated as outdated or inappropriate?
“We don’t want a praise team, we want the choir!”
This work honors the musicians, composers, organists, choir directors, and worship leaders whose creativity built a spiritual legacy that continues to influence the world.
From the Hammond organ to the choir stand, from the shout to the hymn, from the testimony to the song Cathedral recognizes sacred music as a holy inheritance.
Through dance, this work reclaims, remembers, and celebrates the sound of a people who have always found a way to praise.
A sanctuary built through sound.
A legacy carried through generations.
A cathedral created through movement and music.
